Looks and Sounds Good

Labels: A larger room, with a higher ceiling make for good acoustics and better rehearsals. Large storage room and warm-up room contribute to more efficient use of lesson and rehearsal time.

Fifth Grade Band Dates to Remember

Thursday, October 27, 7:00 p.m. Demonstration Concert in our gym at Lakewood.

November 8-10 CONFERENCES--Stop in and see me if you can.

Tuesday, December 20, 8:30 a.m. Band concert for staff and students. Parents and family are also welcome. (NOTE: Any December snow days will push this concert to Wednesday.)

Thursday, February 16, 7:00 p.m. Band concert at the Norwalk Performing Arts Center: 7:00 p.m.

February 21-23 CONFERENCES--Stop in and see me if you can.

Saturday, March 3, Fifth through Eighth Grade SCIBA Solo and Ensemble contest at the Norwalk Middle School. Performance times will be announced a week or so before the contest.

Tuesday, May 8, 7:00 p.m. Band concert at the Norwalk Performing Arts Center: 7:00 p.m.


Thursday, May 30, (tentative) Last Day of school Band concert with staff musicians. Time to be announced.
